Our partner inherited 30,000 bottled of ultra-premium 40-year-old brandy.

Everything about this brandy is extraordinary. It was created using a unique proprietary coupage method, yielding a one-of-a-kind flavor profile. This brandy was also stored for 40 years in oak casks, further enhancing its flavor. And this brandy was distilled in 1980…it’s a piece of history as much as it is a bottle of world-class brandy.

The client intends to sell this brandy in small batches yearly via auction. The intent is to build a brand and a sales mechanism that, over time, enables the brandy to increase in value. The client tasked us to create a brand name and bottle that conveys this brandy's uniqueness and intrinsic value.
Thus, we’ve chosen the name Once, as it conveys the irreplaceable essence of the brand. This is indeed a brandy that is like an endangered species. Once it is gone, it is gone forever.
